BioHi, you've reached Lara Beckinsale's Site on Livejournal!
I'm 21 years old, studying Visual Arts in college and live in South America. I've been a fan of Buffy The Vampire Slayer and its spin off Angel for more than 4 years now, but above all I'm a Spuffy fan and think James Marsters is the most gorgeous man on Earth! ;)
Being a fan of the show it's what motivated me to create an LJ account and participate in forums. Thanks to that I've met a lot of people that I'm really happy I call my friends now.
Most of the things I post here are icons, graphics and sometimes fanfics. Some of my stories you'll also find in Spuffy archives such as Elysian Fields and Vampire Kiss (in English). The icons I make, those you'll only find here.
In most forums and the archives you'll find me just as Lara or Larabeck. Sometimes I post in Spanish (my first language) but most of the time I post in English because most of the people here does, so feel free to write me in any of those.
I love to share the things I do, but remember that all artists are a bit jelous of their work so most of the entries with icons are visible just for my F-list, so if you're not on the list you won't get to see them, sorry (not that they are great or anything, but they are like my children so...). I don't think I'll be changing my journal to "Only Friends" any time soon, I'm a very open person and the fics and some icons are public. The personal stuff though, it's just for friends too.
I love to make new friends all the time, and probably if you add me to your F-list I would add you back, but also I like to get to know my friends too so if I can't read your journal (meaning is in other language other than English or Spanish or if you never post anything) I won't be adding you back, sorry. I'm not trying to be snobbish or anything, but relationships are all about sharing.
And well, that's all you need to know for now, hope that if you stick around and read this journal, you'll find it interesting, drop me a line and maybe it'll be the beginning of a beautiful friendship :)
